They showed up promptly at the stated scheduled time window, they all had great attitudes, professional and friendly, very hard-working and efficient. Very pleased with way furniture and items were wrapped securely. It was a two day move. Next day was the same. Prompt arrival. efficient. A GREAT experience all the way around! DOW Movers made my move from Dayton to Cincinnati so, so easy. From getting a quote to unloading everything in Cincinnati, the crew was fast, efficient, and easy to manage. All of my furniture was wrapped and taken care of, no breaks or dings, and this was in gross sleeting weather! Very appreciative for their services and would definitely recommend.

Tyler, Isiah and Chris made our local move almost fun. Their can-do attitudes made the day smooth and memorable. They showed up when scheduled, worked hard to care for our belongings and assured us that they would take care of packing the truck to account for our driveway hill. From the first phone call to the last item off the truck, it was a pleasure working with these guys. Our out of state move from Ohio to NC, was handled with care and professionalism. Nate answered all our pre-move questions and came through with what he promised. Joe, Brodie and Steve took care of our belongings during the loading. Joe and Brodie did a great job unloading and helping us organize our items when we got to NC. Hire Dow Movers. Excellent job! James the crew chief was outstanding in every aspect. He kept his crew on task, and managed my move from Dayton OH to Raleigh NC well. The price for the job was reasonable, not the highest in the area, not the lowest in the area, but right in the middle of the market rate. Well done Dow Movers. Hats off to Nathan for being a hands on manager. He was on site, and helped to streamline the job flow. Well done! Don't wast your time calling other moving companies. Just hire Dow. Headaches? GONE!

Whatever my husband tipped them it wasn't enough, their work was that good and they took such great care to make sure everything, even our pets were treated well. The crew at Dow are complete professionals, with great communication throughout my entire moving experience. Nate came to my storage unit to give me an estimate and spent extra time rearranging furniture and boxes so I could more easily get to them--just an example of how they go above and beyond. They also gave me a few discounts to help with my single-person budget. The two guys who did the move from storage unit to rental were fantastic--working carefully and efficiently. I would definitely hire them again.

After searching our options in Dayton, we went with DOW moving for our recent move. After 25 years and 3 kids growing up in the house, we had a LOT of things to sort through. In the week before moving, Nate from DOW correctly recognized that while we had been packing madly, we needed help. He sent 2 guys over the day before move-day to help box up last minute items - then on Move-day, wow, what a TEAM ! The DOW team had a supportive and positive attitude, like their supervisor, Nate. They responded always with "yes" and "how can we help" and did not grumble about all the last minute requests we had as they boxed and loaded up our home. GREAT experience for us. I highly recommend them for any move.

What A Great Moving CompanyDow completed two moves for us this year. We moved earlier than planned because our house sold quicker than we expected and our new house was not completed yet. Dow moved us into a builder's rental unit for a two month period. That move went extremely well, and we used Dow again for the local move. The two brothers Josh and Jason, were joined by another Dow mover and we were amazed how quick and efficiently they worked together. Our move took over an hour and a half less than estimated, so the actual charges were much less than expected. Not only are they fair and honest in the way they approach the moving business, they are also very careful and respectful of your property. The best judge of a business is when you ask the question "Would I use them again"? I can honestly say that I would make the call to Dow Movers without hesitation. So I give them a 6 star review!Malcolm

Dow Moving helped us relocate my 87 year old mother and her lifelong furniture. It was so wonderful to be rest assured that all her items would be packed so well and handled with care. Had my basement and bedroom furniture moved to garage..I am just not able to do it..and the movers were great..took great care in moving stuff and in the house itself. The movers were very polite and courteous. And most of all professional. Dow Moving is a great company to work with. I compared them with two other companies and am glad I selected them to move our belongings last month to our new house in a different state. Their estimate was reasonable, and their binding contract was a better choice than an hourly estimate from their competition--which can change and surprise you with a higher cost than you expected. The moving crew was very courteous, friendly, and nice to work with. I highly recommend them.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Dow Moving. They handled my furniture during the move with more care than anyone else ever has. All of the guys were friendly and had a good sense of humor which was comforting during all the stress of moving. I had some extremely heavy furniture and a few odd requests and they were flexible and accommodating to all of them. After submitting info for a quote on Sunday, Michael called me on Monday morning and was able to fit me in to their Tuesday morning schedule. Josh and Connor showed up on time. They were very friendly and professional. I had only one piece of heavy exercise equipment to move. They worked carefully to get it out the door and into the truck safely and without any issues. Delivery was quick and done just as well. I highly recommend using Dow Moving in your next move, big or small. I know I will!

Michael and his team were incredible to work with. We had a complicated move from Dayton, OH to northern MN - half of our items were going to our new house and the other half into storage 30 miles down the road. Michael helped us think through the easiest and most cost effective way to make the move and saved us a lot of money in the end. The Dayton team who packed our boxes and loaded the truck were really kind and respectful, and the team who unpacked us in MN were also great to work with. They even managed to carefully pack our stored items into one unit rather than the two we’d initially planned for - another big savings for us! The entire Dow team made the pain of interstate moving much more bearable. Would recommend!

Jeremy and Kyle were our movers, and they made it such an enjoyable experience. They take pride in their work, truly care about doing right by their customers, and that showed through their actions and conversations throughout the day. They were efficient and set up the rooms for us a bit (reassembling the furniture; setting the rugs down on the floor etc.). So efficient, in fact, our final price was LESS than what we were estimated!! 15/10 experience

Dow movers fit me in their schedule within a couple of days notice. The movers were efficient and very helpful. They went above and beyond for me by assisting me with moving an old washer and dryer out of my new house and switched the dryer cord out on my current dryer. They were so professional and very good with me considering I was their third move of the day, they made me feel like I was royalty the way they took care of my belongings and assisted me.
