Madeira is the rare suburb in our range with no highway running through it, and that shapes the day more than people expect. Everything moves on surface roads. Kenwood Road and Montgomery Road handle the runs west toward I-71, the Cross County Highway to the north is the fastest way over to I-75 and the Blue Ash side, and Loveland Madeira Road covers everything heading northeast. None of these are fast at four in the afternoon, and Kenwood Road in particular carries the mall traffic. The practical answer is scheduling rather than clever routing, so we start early and get the loading done before the roads fill up.
