We used Dow Moving today for labor/loading only. They were fantastic! They were fast and efficient. When we moved into our two story townhouse last year, the company that we hired refused to move two of our large items in our home due to their size. We had to hire a 3rd party company at that time to use a crane to lift the items into our home through the balcony. I explained all of this to the scheduler, and she had the owner, Michael, come out to survey the items. He offered creative suggestions on getting the items out of our townhome without the use of a crane. Just based on his suggestions, we hired them, and I don’t regret it at all! The movers that came out to work today were able to get the large items out of our home without the use of cranes or anything extra/special. On top of all of this, they were able to complete the job earlier than expected which saved us some money! Even with all the large items and super heavy items (like our purple mattress), I never heard the guys complain. I would absolutely suggest hiring Dow Moving! We are moving out of state, but if we could, we would use Dow moving for all our future moves. Thank you again! From - the lady with the Beauty and Beast Bookcase!

They over delivered, they were fast and didn't need to be, they could have milked the clock over charged me, the OWNER came to help me and didn't charge me extra, they over wrapped things I'm not use to this great service, you better tip them , I'm giving them a 10 ratings are only a 5

We moved from West coast to East coast. We were tired and our bodies needed a break from lifting, packing the trailer originally and from the 2,000+ mile road journey we had just made. So I called Dow Moving! James and Tyler unloaded our 20ft trailer yesterday and they were great! They showed up early with notice, got the job done in half the time quoted, and placed everything where we needed it to be. They were personable and professional and we’d hire Dow again in a heart beat! Even the customer service team, Sheilah and Nate were responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

Dow moving was awesome! We couldn’t believe how polite and hard -working these young men were! Rare in todays world. Shaq and team did an EXCELLENT job of getting us moved- with much patience and compassion, as it was a rough move for us. There was not an ounce of complaining or any attitude about anything asked of them! They offered even more than we could imagine, as far as friendly service goes. They actually made you feel like they cared about you, and by the time they left I felt like they were old friends! I will recommend them again and again to family and friends. My daughter scheduled them for next week for her move already! Thank you, Dow!!!
