History of dow moving
Michael Graham started Dow Moving with one goal in mind: Providing his community with an exceptional moving service driven by quality, efficiency, and consistency.
After graduating from Wright State University (Go Raiders’s!), Michael started his career working in the in-home service industry. A service company was a perfect blend of Michael’s love for business and his passion for serving others. Michael spent his early career managing a large franchised moving company but adjusted his path to take on more responsibility working for Dayton’s largest residential HVAC service provider. It was here that he found the leadership he needed to refine and build the skills it would take to manage and grow a business. After three years, of what Michael describes as an intensive business bootcamp, he made the difficult decision to leave a promising career and go out and try to build something from scratch.
Michael and his wife Liberty have twin boys and a daughter. As a family they enjoy spending time outdoors and you will always find them roaming around downtown Tipp City

I recently moved from Ohio to New York which created an enormous amount of stress on my part. The Dow team arrived promptly with patience, experience and professionalism that calmed my nerves in no time at all. Not a single item was lost or broken and they treated all my furniture as it was their own. Thank you Nate, Greg, Cody and Tyler you guys are the Best. Special appreciation to Cody for storing a Fragile model truck in the cab. This item had absolutely no value, other than sentimental to me, being constructed by my late husband. After loading the truck on Monday, traveling 7hrs to NY on Tuesday, completely unloading the truck Tuesday night and traveling another 20 minutes to crash for the night, Cody realized the model truck was still in the cab. The guys were EXHAUSTED and still insisted on driving another 40 minute round trip that night, to return the model truck to my house. I declined, and asked that he bring the model truck back to Dayton with him and we could arrange to meet when I returned to Ohio. Cody assured me, multiple times, he would protect the model truck with his life. When I returned to Ohio, Cody delivered the model truck to my Ohio house, on his day off, on his own time, and in perfect condition. Haven’t used full service movers before so it was all new to me. They did everything I asked and more than I expected. Drivers name was Steve I believe and kept us informed of the process and was clear about how things worked and prices. Quoted price included everything, unlike other moving places, which was nice. I have never had such a positive moving experience (and I’ve had more than a dozen) and there are not enough words to express how positive and grateful I feel about Dow Moving company and their team. From the estimating process with Nate, the communication and flexibility throughout, and most importantly, the team.. Josh, Jason, Isaiah, Brody, Steve, John, Nick (and quite a few others at times during the move)… these guys were not only incredibly proficient and careful with all of our stuff, they added so much to what is a really stressful experience for most people by being exceptionally kind, accommodating and professional, but also funny and enjoyable to be around. They never appeared to be exhausted and wanting to rush or wrap up.. through the very end, their attitude was nothing but positive and tremendously helpful - I never felt that anything I was asking was anything but a pleasure for them to complete (literally!). As you probably know, these things make a HUGE difference in a stressful experience. A couple examples of going above and beyond - Isaiah went on his own accord and got a bowl and filled it with cold water and brought it out to my dog who was sitting with me outside while I was directing the unpacking (seriously thoughtful.. just incredible). A vase that I loved broke during transit. I was not angry about this at all, just sad because I loved the vase. Josh and Isaiah were so reassuring and were trying to look online to find a replacement. Josh carefully laid out every piece and said that he could work on this to try and put it back together and talked about the process. He took the pieces with him to work on and delivered it back to me looking great!! Also, they took away the furniture we didn’t want but also stuff we needed to throw away and then also, without being asked for the help, offered and then took away large cardboard boxes from other stuff we had unboxed and assembled on our own before the move. These gestures were so kind and appreciated! These guys are not only excellent movers, they are really good people. I’m so glad I decided to work with you all - I had a gut instinct from my interactions with Nate, and you all exceeded every expectation! Dow Moving did a wonderful job moving a two-bedroom apartment's worth of items for me yesterday! I had never used professional movers before, and they made the process so easy to understand and were straightforward on the cost. They showed up on time, and communicated great leading up to the move. They called the day before the move to confirm everything, and texted me the morning of to notify me that they were on their way. Kegan and Isaiah were efficient, yet careful with all my items at the same time. They were also flexible as not all the items ended up being moved, and we had to load some of them into my pick up truck instead of into the new place. It was a hot July day, but they took on the challenge like pros and actually moved all of my items under the estimated time! Shout out to the "J Crew"! Dow was the third moving company we hired as part of a multi stage move over two months and they were head and shoulders better than the rest. Josh D, Joe Jr, and Jayden showed up on time, were extremely professional, and worked hard the entire time despite the fact that it was swelteringly hot for 95% of the time and torrentially downpouring for the other 5%. DOW Movers made my move from Dayton to Cincinnati so, so easy. From getting a quote to unloading everything in Cincinnati, the crew was fast, efficient, and easy to manage. All of my furniture was wrapped and taken care of, no breaks or dings, and this was in gross sleeting weather! Very appreciative for their services and would definitely recommend.

Tyler, Isiah and Chris made our local move almost fun. Their can-do attitudes made the day smooth and memorable. They showed up when scheduled, worked hard to care for our belongings and assured us that they would take care of packing the truck to account for our driveway hill. I cannot recommend Dow and this 3 man team enough!

From the first phone call to the last item off the truck, it was a pleasure working with these guys. We needed a two-day move and they were quick to accommodate - bonus, we had the same great crew both days. They worked their tails off both days. Anything we needed… the answer was always yes.
