I have nothing but great things to say about our moving team from Dow. There were 6 guys and two trucks. It was an 8 hour move as they moved us out of our house and into a condo. The team was on time. They all were very courteous and friendly. They all did an amazing job and worked hard. There were no broken, damaged, or scratched items or walls. They took great care and wrapped many pieces that needed protecting. They moved our large television set. They disconnected and re connected our washer and dryer. The whole team did a walkthrough at the beginning and the end. They even moved three or four things at the end that we had decided would be better someplace else.

Joe & Nate and the owner are simply the best. They listened to what I needed and rose to the occassion and helped me out in a tough situation. My first mover left my basement and garage items behind because they had no roomon the truck. And then they were going to charge almost as much again to move the remaining contents 890 miles (I know most of the cost of moving interstate is in the miles) but ouch it hurts to pay twice. But Dow Moving really helped me out, were professional and took good care of me and my belongings. For a fair price that the other company said they could not match. They were on time, timely. They have an automated text service that lets you know when they are on the way. When unloading, if I needed something here not there, Joe took care of it with a smile. I have never had such good service from any service company, ever.

If you’re looking for a professional, quick, friendly, clean moving crew in Cincinnati — look no further. I would never go anywhere else for a move — DOW is the most professional and hard working crew I have ever seen. We were relatively prepared but even with a few HOA board members and slow elevators, they completed our entire move (30+ boxes, 2 bedrooms worth of furniture) in less than the quoted time. Their prices are the most fair of any moving company I have seen or been quoted. Greg (local manager) and Keegan were utterly professional and patient with us. They disassembled furniture as necessary and secured all the parts so we didn’t lose them. They turned a typically stressful experience into an easy one and charged a very fair price — WELL worth it.If you’re on the fence, don’t be. Hire them. You will thank yourself.

We used Dow Moving to move into our new house, and I could not recommend them more. Greg, Shaq, Isaiah H, John, Kyle, and Josh D were all incredibly professional. They wrapped all of the big furniture, disassembled tables to prevent breakage, and handled all of our items/boxes with great care.When moving into the new place, they put every item where we asked, reassembled items that were disassembled for the transit, were very careful with carrying the large items in and out of tight spaces in order to not damage walls or furniture, and throughout the whole process showed an attention to detail that was very impressive.I would absolutely use Dow Moving again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs movers who care about being efficient and professional.

We were super impressed with the management and the quality of the staff and service from day one. From the quoting process to dropping off all of the supplies we needed, and then dropping off more a few weeks before the move. As I observed the Dow process of packing, I could immediately tell everyone mentioned above from start to finish were respectful of every single item. They showed attention to detail and creative packing skills to ensure everything was protected. I also appreciated how conversational and friendly the crew was which made the experience comfortable. Joe and his whole team were fantastic to work with (Brody, Hunter, Isaiah, Kyle, Nathan and Tristen). We ended up having to get a second truck the day of and were very accommodating and quick.
