Interstate Movers
State-to-state moves from Dayton and Cincinnati with our own federal authority, our own trucks and one crew from loading to delivery. No broker, no handoff.
We move households across state lines under our own USDOT 3435844 and MC 1397290, not under another company’s number.
Your move is never sold to another carrier. Our own crew and truck stay with your belongings from Ohio to delivery.
Every piece and box is numbered and condition-noted at loading, then checked off together with you at the new home.
We set a delivery window we can actually meet and keep you updated while your belongings are on the road.

No. We do not broker interstate moves or hand them off to another carrier. Your belongings are loaded onto a Dow truck in Ohio and stay on that truck until our crew unloads them at your new home. The only exception is if you choose to put things into storage between homes, and in that case we tell you exactly where they are being kept.
The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration has a free public lookup on its website. Search for USDOT 3435844 or MC 1397290 and you will see our company record, operating status and the type of authority we hold. It is a good habit with any interstate mover, because a company without its own number is often a broker that will pass your move to someone else.
A delivery window is the span of days in which your shipment will arrive at the new home. Distance, weather, road closures and federal rules on how many hours a driver can work all affect an interstate trip, so movers quote a range instead of a promise they cannot keep. We give you the window when you book and narrow it down as the truck gets closer.
The inventory is the record of what was loaded and what condition it was in. Each item and box gets a number, and you sign the list at loading. At delivery you check numbers off as pieces come off the truck. If something is missing or damaged, the inventory shows exactly where it stood when it left Ohio, which makes any claim much simpler to sort out.
Call us as soon as you know. We can usually redirect a shipment, but a new address can change the drive time, the delivery window and the cost, especially if it is in a different city or state. We will confirm the new details with you before the crew heads there. If the new home is not ready, we can talk through holding your belongings in storage.
