Dow Moving was recommended to us by family members, and we could not have been more pleased with the service. The pricing was very fair, they blanket wrapped and shrink wrapped all of our furniture to make sure it remained undamaged, boxed our large screen televisions, and moved the smaller items proficiently. The crew was friendly, on time and professional. The supervisor Jason even showed up to make sure everything went smoothly. I have heard a lot of horror stories about moving companies and was so glad that we use Dow. I would definitely use them again. Thank you guys for your professionalism. You made a difficult move very easy.

This crew is top notch! From the initial contact with Jen to the guys making sure we were 100% happy before they left after the move we could not be happier!! They gave me a 9.5/10 for my packing and readiness and give them a 10/10. Tyler, Lemar, Nathan and Hunter got us to our end town, there also was Joe jr., Jayden and Damien who were at the start. One team, one goal and they exceeded our expectations! In fact, I jokingly told them they packed up our 3 bedroom house in the time it took me to run a wash load and have that load run thru the dryer. We are impressed and blessed we found them. I have never had such a positive moving experience (and I’ve had more than a dozen) and there are not enough words to express how positive and grateful I feel about Dow Moving company and their team. From the estimating process with Nate, the communication and flexibility throughout, and most importantly, the team.. Josh, Jason, Isaiah, Brody, Steve, John, Nick (and quite a few others at times during the move)… these guys were not only incredibly proficient and careful with all of our stuff, they added so much to what is a really stressful experience for most people by being exceptionally kind, accommodating and professional, but also funny and enjoyable to be around. They never appeared to be exhausted and wanting to rush or wrap up.. through the very end, their attitude was nothing but positive and tremendously helpful - I never felt that anything I was asking was anything but a pleasure for them to complete (literally!). As you probably know, these things make a HUGE difference in a stressful experience. A couple examples of going above and beyond - Isaiah went on his own accord and got a bowl and filled it with cold water and brought it out to my dog who was sitting with me outside while I was directing the unpacking (seriously thoughtful.. just incredible). A vase that I loved broke during transit. I was not angry about this at all, just sad because I loved the vase. Josh and Isaiah were so reassuring and were trying to look online to find a replacement. Josh carefully laid out every piece and said that he could work on this to try and put it back together and talked about the process. He took the pieces with him to work on and delivered it back to me looking great!! Also, they took away the furniture we didn’t want but also stuff we needed to throw away and then also, without being asked for the help, offered and then took away large cardboard boxes from other stuff we had unboxed and assembled on our own before the move. These gestures were so kind and appreciated! These guys are not only excellent movers, they are really good people. I’m so glad I decided to work with you all - I had a gut instinct from my interactions with Nate, and you all exceeded every expectation! You have built something really special and I’m proud to be one of your customers! Thank you!!

Dow made the moving process smooth from start to finish. Nate gave a very competitive estimate, and checked in as the date was closer to the move. Jeremy and his crew did a great job despite sweltering heat and even made friends with my two dogs. They were cheerful and extremely helpful.When there was minor damage to a piece of furniture, they were swift to admit culpability and paid for the repair. This was amazing with all of the other stress with moving.I would definitely recommend Dow Moving.

Dow Moving did a wonderful job moving a two-bedroom apartment's worth of items for me yesterday! I had never used professional movers before, and they made the process so easy to understand and were straightforward on the cost. They showed up on time, and communicated great leading up to the move. They called the day before the move to confirm everything, and texted me the morning of to notify me that they were on their way. Kegan and Isaiah were efficient, yet careful with all my items at the same time. They were also flexible as not all the items ended up being moved, and we had to load some of them into my pick up truck instead of into the new place. It was a hot July day, but they took on the challenge like pros and actually moved all of my items under the estimated time! Therefore the final amount due was less than expected, which is always great. Thank you so much Dow Moving! I will definitely be using you in the future for my next move!!

Shout out to the "J Crew"! Dow was the third moving company we hired as part of a multi stage move over two months and they were head and shoulders better than the rest. Josh D, Joe Jr, and Jayden showed up on time, were extremely professional, and worked hard the entire time despite the fact that it was swelteringly hot for 95% of the time and torrentially downpouring for the other 5%. Our stuff was handled with care, and securely and safely moved. We hope to not have to move again for a long time, but if we do, Dow Moving will for sure be our first call.

Nate came to my storage unit to give me an estimate and spent extra time rearranging furniture and boxes so I could more easily get to them--just an example of how they go above and beyond. After searching our options in Dayton, we went with DOW moving for our recent move. After 25 years and 3 kids growing up in the house, we had a LOT of things to sort through. In the week before moving, Nate from DOW correctly recognized that while we had been packing madly, we needed help. He sent 2 guys over the day before move-day to help box up last minute items - then on Move-day, wow, what a TEAM ! The DOW team had a supportive and positive attitude, like their supervisor, Nate. They responded always with "yes" and "how can we help" and did not grumble about all the last minute requests we had as they boxed and loaded up our home. GREAT experience for us. I highly recommend them for any move.

What A Great Moving CompanyDow completed two moves for us this year. We moved earlier than planned because our house sold quicker than we expected and our new house was not completed yet. Dow moved us into a builder's rental unit for a two month period. That move went extremely well, and we used Dow again for the local move. The two brothers Josh and Jason, were joined by another Dow mover and we were amazed how quick and efficiently they worked together. Our move took over an hour and a half less than estimated, so the actual charges were much less than expected. Not only are they fair and honest in the way they approach the moving business, they are also very careful and respectful of your property. The best judge of a business is when you ask the question "Would I use them again"? I can honestly say that I would make the call to Dow Movers without hesitation. Dow Moving is a great company to work with. I compared them with two other companies and am glad I selected them to move our belongings last month to our new house in a different state. Their estimate was reasonable, and their binding contract was a better choice than an hourly estimate from their competition--which can change and surprise you with a higher cost than you expected. The moving crew was very courteous, friendly, and nice to work with. I highly recommend them.

After submitting info for a quote on Sunday, Michael called me on Monday morning and was able to fit me in to their Tuesday morning schedule. Josh and Connor showed up on time. They were very friendly and professional. I had only one piece of heavy exercise equipment to move. They worked carefully to get it out the door and into the truck safely and without any issues. Delivery was quick and done just as well. I highly recommend using Dow Moving in your next move, big or small. I know I will!

We hired Dow Moving to move us from Ohio to Missouri. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. Our driver Josh was not deterred at all when one of the workers was unable to come and still had the job done in a timely manner. Everything arrived in great shape as well with no damage whatsoever. Michael and his team were incredible to work with. We had a complicated move from Dayton, OH to northern MN - half of our items were going to our new house and the other half into storage 30 miles down the road. Michael helped us think through the easiest and most cost effective way to make the move and saved us a lot of money in the end. The Dayton team who packed our boxes and loaded the truck were really kind and respectful, and the team who unpacked us in MN were also great to work with. They even managed to carefully pack our stored items into one unit rather than the two we’d initially planned for - another big savings for us! The entire Dow team made the pain of interstate moving much more bearable. Would recommend!
